Shipping & Returns

shipping policy

Orders are processed and received 1-2 business days. Customers usually receives orders 5-10 business days after order is placed. International orders can take up to 7-14 business days. If needing specific international delivery times, please refer to UPS website. We ship world wide 5 days a week through UPS and in some cases Fed Ex.

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not began processing until Monday. Shipping is suspended on Holidays and does not count as a business day. Shipping delays may apply if shipping address differs from billing address. In this case, orders will be verified and security checked.

return & exchange policy

The Rose Bar want to give the best customer service as possible. We want to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products. We will accept returns in exchange for a store credit only. The store credit amount be will of the final sale price on original receipt within 7 days of purchase. Shipping is not included.

All sales are final. For exchanges, hair must be returned in original state, unused, unwashed, unaltered and all tags must be still attached and packaged in new condition for credit to apply. We will need you to send your original receipt with return that comes with package, we will not exchange without it. We will only exchange 1 time.
